  • Made to order means that we only start creating your piece after you purchase it. This allows us to avoid overproduction, reduce waste, and ensure that each garment receives the care and attention it deserves!

  • We aim to make all orders placed within 5 weeks* plus shipping time.

    If you need your piece(s) by a certain date we recommend getting in touch before purchasing. Please note there may be a rush order fee depending on your order/event date!

    *If there are any delays you'll be emailed regarding that.

  • If you need to make a small adjustment, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once we’ve started working on your piece, changes may no longer be possible.

Sizing & fit

  • We currently offer sizes from XS to 3XL

    But we also offer free made to measure! We believe that our clothes should be comfortable for every body, so we can tailor our clothes to you.

  • We offer free made to measure on all our made to order items!

    Simply choose the ‘‘made to measure’’ size in the size dropdown and place your order. E-mail us after with your measurements.

    Important to remember: If you don’t e-mail us after you’ve placed your order, your order won’t be processed any further until you do!

  • Because everything is made-to-order, returns for fit are limited.

    However, we do offer alterations or adjustments for free to make sure your item fits perfectly! Please contact us if you aren’t happy with your item.

  • You can add your discount code at checkout!

  • As a small business, we have a special exemption scheme for small businesses, this means we don’t have to charge BTW!

Shipping

  • Yes we do! Please note that some non-EU countries charge additional fees and taxes.

    Shipping to America is currently not possible with our delivery company, we are working on a solution as we speak

  • We ship from monday to saturday. Orders for items that are ready to ship that are placed before 13:00 (CET) will be shipped the same day, orders that are placed for items that need to be made will be shipped once the item is ready. Please check the description of the item to see the estimated shipping time.

  • If the received track and trace code doesn't provide you any information, please get in touch with us so we can help locate your package. Here is our contact page.

Return policy

  • All products (except for made to order and custom items) are accepted to be returned and fully refunded if the products returns undamaged and you applied for a return within 14 days.

  • Yes, the return costs are for the buyer, We don't provide free shipping for returns at this moment.

Product info

  • A second chance item is either a clothing item made from second hand material, a sample from a made to order piece or a piece made from fabric scraps from past samples/orders. This way we make sure we produce and create as mindful as we can!

  • Our Limited Edition pieces are released only a few times a year in small, carefully curated drops.

    Only a handful of each piece is made. These collections are available online for a limited time and in limited quantities.

    Once a style is sold out, it will not return. This makes every Limited Edition piece truly unique and collectible.

  • Limited Edition items are items made from exclusive fabrics. Each fabric will be used to create just 2 pieces, making every item truly unique. Once the pre-order time is ofer, the designs will not return, so if you fall in love, don’t wait too long!

    Important to know:
    As the fabrics are ordered after pre-orders close, production and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. Don’t worry, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

  • We try our best to be as sustainable as we can! Second chances are created to prevent waste.

    The made to order items are made to your measurements to make sure they fit well and are only made when ordered to also prevent waste/unnecessary stock.

  • Care instructions will be included with your order.

    Generally, I recommend gentle washing or professional cleaning to keep your piece beautiful for years to come.
