Midheavens was born out of a simple truth:
Most clothing is designed for bodies that stay the same.
Many women experience body changes due to hormones, bloating, or chronic conditions.
Your clothes may fit perfectly one week and feel completely different the next.
Your body isn’t the problem.
Clothing simply wasn’t designed for bodies that fluctuate.
I started this brand for women like me:
Women who struggle with bloating, cramps, sensitivities, or tummy problems. Women who have opened their closets on bad days and felt like nothing fits. Women searching for fashionable outfits that feel as soft as pajamas, but look nothing like them.
At Midheavens, that struggle is in the past.
Here, you’ll find comfortable, inclusive and mindful clothing, made to support your belly, your mood, and your changing shape throughout the day. Each piece is handmade to order, with soft fabrics and adjustable details that move with you, never against you.
And because true comfort should extend beyond your body, we create everything as sustainably as possible. No overproduction, no waste, no pressure. Just slow, intentional fashion, made with love, and made for you!

The lace-up back allows you to customize the fit to your body. Wear it loose and relaxed for comfort, or gently cinch it in for a more defined silhouette, without losing ease of movement.

WHO I AM
The person behind Midheavens
Hi! I’m Demi. The founder, designer, maker, photographer, model, and heart behind Midheavens.
I’ve always loved fashion. But during my fashion studies and as I began sewing myself, I realized how much was missing in the clothing industry, not just in terms of sustainability, but in who fashion was truly made for.
I saw toxic production cycles, endless waste, and a complete lack of options for a group I personally belong to: women who deal with tummy issues and changing bodies.
From IBS to endometriosis, from painful periods to unpredictable bloating, I know what it’s like to open your closet and feel like nothing fits. Clothes that press in all the wrong places. Fabrics that feel too stiff or too tight.
And I was tired of it.
So I created what I couldn’t find.
Midheavens is a space where fashion meets softness, where comfort is just as important as beauty. I design every piece myself, source the fabrics with care, sew each garment, and package your order with intention and love. I work made-to-order, so nothing is produced unless it’s needed, using high-quality fabrics, deadstock materials, and secondhand textiles where possible.
This is slow fashion, and deeply personal.
My background: I studied Junior Fashion Styling at Florijn College and Allround Fashion Artist at De Nederlandse Beautyschool, I’ve been sewing for over six years. But more than that, I bring lived experience, of pain, sensitivity, and the search for clothing that doesn’t make it worse.
When you wear Midheavens, I want you to feel at home in your body. Seen. Soothed. Empowered.
